Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Caterpy purchase.

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in the condition you received them.

To start a return or exchange, email support@caterpy.us with your order number and let us know what you would like to do. We will confirm the details and send you the return address.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the refund. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email support@caterpy.us with a photo. We will send a replacement and you do not need to return the original.
